Monkey Bread




Great variations can be done to this recipe; what I have posted in the video is a garlic monkey bread, however, it tastes amazing with pizza toppings as well!


Monkey Bread

230g Bread flour
18g Sugar
5g "Bruggerman" yeast
1tsp Salt
150g Water
150g Butter
20g Egg
1tbsp milk powder

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl, except salt and butter
2. Mix well with the hook attachment before adding in the salt and butter
3. Rest for 30 mins in a warm place
4. Flatten and shape the dough. Rest for 15 mins.
5. Divide dough to 30g balls
6. Add fillings and mix
7. Place in baking tins an proof to double its size
8. Bake 190 degrees for 25-30mins
