TART
50cc oil
120g plain flour
1 egg yolk
25g sugar

FILLING
30g icing sugar
30g butter
1 egg yolk
5g flour
30g almond meal

bake at 180 degrees

CHESTNUT PUREE
120g chestnut
40g sugar
100g cream

100g cream
